How Long Does it Take For My Listing to Go Live?

By Home Bay

We work as fast as you do. If we  have everything we need from you, we can get your listing live the day you sign up.

el-cajon-listing.pngHere's what we need:
  1. A signed MLS Authorization;
  2. At least one exterior photo of the home; and
  3. Verification from you that the data we pull from the tax assessor regarding your home is accurate.

If there's a slowdown, it's usually because photos aren't available yet. If a real estate photographer needs to be hired, most real estate photographers require two business days notice before they can shoot.
